ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and the respective tracking number. If you have set-up a personal account at the Muduro Online Store, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment in My Account. If you are not registered yet, you can still track your orders via the link you will receive in your email, but we suggest to sign up to comfortably track your future orders.

You have 30 days from the shipping date to return your purchase from MUDURO.com (shipping costs may apply). For how to arrange a return do contact us via our contact page.

 

SHIPPING COSTS AND TIME

Delivery is usually between 3-15 business days depending on your location. Please note that the delivery times are estimates and do not apply to made-to-order items. Personalised items will be shipped within 2 weeks from the order date, subject to confirmation.

Due to customs clearance we may face some delays.

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of any shipping delays, but before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer.

We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed by our warehouse in the US and sometimes Asia. Please note this may take longer during our sale periods or other high peak seasons.
